I specialize in working with complex PTSD (c-PTSD), anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. Together, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with your body, gently shift patterns like hypervigilance, emotional numbness, addiction, and codependency, and create more space for ease and stability in your day-to-day life. I’m a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and also trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1), and Brainspotting, and ERP for OCD. Our work won’t be traditional talk therapy, we’ll use body-based and experiential approaches to process trauma in a way that feels safe and manageable. People I work with often describe feeling stuck in survival mode, emotionally numb or shut down, caught in painful relationship patterns, struggling with addiction or codependency, or disconnected from themselves. You'll learn practical tools for nervous system regulation, ones you can use outside of session to feel more grounded and at ease.
